Anne-Sophie and Scott were married April 28th, 2012 at the stunning Norwood Club in Chelsea. I think Anne-Sophie has my favorite dress of all time. It’s so sleek and stylish. Anne-Sophie and Scott were recently featured on the French blog Le Blog de Madame C which included an interview with our amazing Jenny. See below the pictures for our own little interview with the beautiful bride! And a special thanks to Assetou Gaudissard, their amazing planner!
Q. What was your inspiration/how would you describe your wedding style?
A. We wanted to keep it simple, fun and intimate. We also wanted to incorporate the New York aspect, especially in our pictures.
Q. Were there any personal touches in your ceremony (unexpected readings, traditions, trained hawks or pigs, Jedi duels)?
A. We did the ceremony in French and English and mixed up traditions (Scott walked in with his mom before I did with my dad, as is the way in France, for example). We had a ring blessing ceremony too.
Q. Anything else? There were so many things happening, did you have any favorite moments?
A. So many favorite moments! Being cheered on by strangers in the streets of New York was fun! So many people stopped to take photos of us or to congratulate us…The photobooth was a lot of fun too, definitely one of the favorite moments. I also cracked up during the ceremony while Scott was trying to say his vows in French and I thought for a moment I wasn’t going to be able to stop laughing.
